  • 100 grams of butter;
  • 2 chicken breasts;
  • 12 medium potatoes;
  • 1 lemon;

  • Olive oil;

To prepare it you need:

  1. Peel the lemon zest and squeeze the juice into a deep bowl;
  2. Separate egg yolks from whites (no whites needed)
  3. Beat the yolks with lemon juice;
  4. Melt the butter, stirring, pour into the egg mixture;
  5. Add salt, pepper, zest, sour cream to the sauce, mix thoroughly and put in a cool place for a while.

Let's move on to the main part of the recipe:

Remove the bones, wash the poultry fillet, and lightly pound both sides.

Place the meat on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment and place the potatoes cut into quarters or thin slices around. Salt and pepper all this, pour over ½ of the sauce, bake in the oven at t-180C until cooked (about 40 minutes).

  • Wash the chicken carcass thoroughly, rub generously with salt and spices, and brush with oil. Marinate the chicken for 1.5-2 hours in the refrigerator.

Salt the sour cream, add chopped garlic and mix with the potatoes, cut into slices.

Place the potatoes and chicken carcass into the sleeve and close tightly using a special holding device.

Bake for an hour and a half at 180 degrees.

Marinate the chicken drumsticks by rubbing with salt and spices (you don’t have to marinate the chicken, if you prefer).

Peel the potatoes, cut the onion into half rings, and the carrots into thin slices.

Sour cream and cheese sauce is prepared by mixing sour cream, mayonnaise, spices and grated cheese (if desired, you can add crushed garlic).

  • Potatoes – 1 kg;
  • Chicken breast – 700 grams;
  • 1 eggplant;
  • 4-5 tomatoes;
  • Onions – 1 piece;
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • Salt, ground red pepper.

Cut the fillet into large pieces and the onion into half rings. Mix the meat and onion with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Set aside to marinate while you prepare the remaining ingredients.

Wash and peel the tubers, cut into cubes, mix with pepper and salt, fry in a frying pan until a light golden crust appears.

Cut the eggplant into large cubes and the tomatoes into slices.

Place all the products in a heat-resistant form in layers: first potatoes, then chicken and vegetables.

  • 1 sweet bell pepper;
  • 150 grams of pickled gherkins;
  • Cherry tomatoes – 150 gr.;
  • Mayonnaise – 2-3 tbsp. spoons;
  • Hard cheese – 150 grams;
  • Salt, spices (to taste).

For the casserole, use a round ovenproof dish. It is necessary to prepare all products and fold them in layers in the following sequence:

1st layer: potato tubers, cut into strips or cubes;

2nd layer: poultry meat, cut into small pieces;

3rd layer: onion, chopped into half rings;

4th layer: bell pepper, cut into strips;

5th layer: gherkins, cut into slices;

Layer 6: cherry tomato halves.

Important: do not forget to grease each layer with mayonnaise, salt, and add spices to taste.

  • Natural yogurt – 0.5 l;
  • Salt, seasoning.

Rub chicken wings with poultry seasoning, add half rings of white onion, pour over yogurt and leave to marinate for 1 hour.

Cut the potatoes into large pieces, place on a baking sheet greased with olive oil, then chicken wings. Add salt to taste.
