Hydraulic system

Mechanical cable levers provide convenient remote control of the hydraulic valve. The flow control knobs on the sections are located behind the driver's seat.

Tractors of the K-744R series are equipped with a modern high-performance hydraulic system of the working equipment (GDO). The LS system with axial piston pumps ensures highly efficient operation with modern seed drills thanks to the controlled flow.

Four sets (pairs) of quick-connect breakout devices are designed to connect the necessary hydraulic lines of agricultural machines or implements connected to tractors to the hydraulic lines of the tractor. Breakaway devices prevent oil leakage from the high pressure hydraulic hose in the event of an emergency disconnect or rupture.

The hydraulic accumulator (absolutely sealed, under high pressure) provides a reduction in the peak load that occurs when switching spools on the hydraulic valve of the equipment in the pump-hydraulic valve section.

To reduce losses in the hydraulic system and exclude overheating during work with a seeder, which is equipped with a fan drive hydraulic motor, the tractor spare parts system provides a set for free drainage (bypassing the hydraulic valve directly into the hydraulic tank) and an additional set of hydraulic motors drainage.

Pneumatic system

The pneumatic system for three circuits is designed for smooth braking of the wheels of the front and rear axles and trailer wheels, the operation of the hydraulic accumulator drive of the parking brake system, air bleeding for tire inflation and towing, and blowing of the cassette air cleaner.

The pneumatic system has three independent circuits. In case of damage to one circuit, the other two will work without interruption. The 1st and 2nd circuits are designed for braking the front and rear wheels, the 3rd circuit controls the parking brake accumulator and trailer brakes.

In real operation, fuel consumption is much lower than according to the calculated formula. The reason is that the calculation is carried out for the conditions of maximum productivity of the equipment - loading with additional equipment, working in a straight line without stopping.
