Essay on the topic: Can I learn? Essay on the topic: “Why do you need to study?”

1 option

I have a dream to become an environmental scientist to help nature and man AGREE peacefully, to learn myself and teach people to cooperate with the world around them, and not to recklessly waste its wealth. But for now I am in the sixth grade of a regular school. Every day brings me new knowledge that will definitely be useful in my future profession. There are no subjects that are not important for me: chemistry, physics, and biology. Even foreign languages will one way or another help Me in solving environmental problems.

There are no sciences that are isolated and not connected with others, because the world around us is one, and everything in it is closely intertwined and interconnected. You never know in advance what knowledge you may need in a day, in a week, in a year. And everything requires time, which we have so much and adults have so little of.

You need to study to make your dreams come true.

Option 2

Probably all of us at least once in our lives are struck by the thought: “I’m so tired of that study! It would be great not to go to school and do only what you like: sleep until lunch, play with friends, read, watch TV. And don’t worry that they’ll call you to the board and you haven’t learned your lesson again.”

At the same time, in our rapidly changing age, we cannot do without knowledge. More and more scientific discoveries are being made, new books are being written, new paintings and sculptures are being created. Even the entertainment industry is developing by leaps and bounds. In order to keep up with life and keep up with the times, you need to know about scientific and cultural achievements. In this, not only teachers and textbooks, but also the media, the Internet computer network, friends and acquaintances become faithful assistants.

It is only important to want to educate yourself and strive to constantly improve your level.

The road to the world of knowledge opens up enormous opportunities for a person. It’s no secret that there is a direct connection between how hard he studies and what kind of specialist he will become when he grows up. But the future development of the entire state depends on the professionalism of people. Therefore, let's learn with joy and respect the people who bring us knowledge.

BENEFITS AND HARM FROM COMPUTER

It is impossible to imagine the world today without computers. These fast machines are capable of performing so many different operations that it is difficult to believe that they appeared quite recently.

Computers solve complex problems; they are used by accountants and designers, architects and businessmen, printers and scientists. It is difficult to name a field of activity that would not require the services of these powerful, hard-working machines. But, as often happens, computers can bring not only benefits, but also harm. Incorrect lighting of the workspace and poor monitor settings negatively affect vision, prolonged use of the mouse can lead to diseases of the joints of the hands, and the sedentary lifestyle of computer lovers negatively affects their overall health. And yet, the greatest harm comes not from physical, but from psychological dependence on computers, especially in children. This is written about so often in newspapers and on TV that I feel sorry for my peers who spend not only their days but also their nights in online clubs. After all, when a machine, instead of a servant and assistant, becomes the master of a person, this is the worst thing you can think of.

Option 2

Nowadays you can’t do without a computer. He is present in almost all spheres of human life: he plots courses for ships and planes, controls space stations, creates designs for various buildings and their interiors, helps draw drawings, conduct office work, layout books and magazines, and even write music!

With the advent and development of computer technology, lovers of reading no longer need to fill cabinets with thick volumes, and music lovers no longer need to pile numerous cassettes on shelves. Now you can simply buy several small disks with a large amount of information on them. Thanks to the Internet, the computer has become an inexhaustible source of knowledge for schoolchildren and students. What is there: educational games, encyclopedias, dictionaries and much, much more. That is, the benefits of a computer are obvious and undeniable. But at the same time, you need to know about the harmful consequences of working with it: for example, such as decreased vision, headaches, overstrain of certain muscle groups, etc. It is quite easy to avoid this if you adhere to a few rules: do not sit at the computer 24 hours a day , ventilate the room more often and do gymnastics. And then this smart car will turn into your real friend.

Each of us, probably, at least once in our lives has asked the question “why do we need to study?” or “why am I studying?” Most often, this question arises in a person in childhood, because then he does not understand that his future future depends to a large extent on himself. So why do you need to study?

If you are under ten and over fifteen, then I think this question does not arise for you. In the first case, because you are still a child who is not aware of most of the events taking place around you, in the second - because you are already an adult who understands that your future is in your hands. Of course, each of us builds our own future. Undoubtedly, our parents lay the foundation, but we ourselves decide and choose what will happen to us after leaving our parental home.
Each of us would like to have a good job, a family, to be a wealthy, healthy and successful person. But all this is not given just like that, it does not fall from the sky straight into your hands. This only happens in fairy tales, when Ivanushka the Fool, without doing anything, receives a kingdom, a beautiful wife and the respect of others. That's why they are fairy tales, to describe something that cannot exist. In fact, each of us is the architect of our own happiness and success. In order to find a good job you need to have a prestigious education, and for this you need to do well in school. Accordingly, the question “why do you need to study” disappears by itself when we build a logical chain and make plans for the future. Learning is not so easy, which is why many give up halfway, are lazy and go with the flow of life. When I was younger, I also discussed this topic and thought: “Well, why do you need to study, because it’s boring and difficult?” The answer came to me a few years later, when I began to think about the future, about family, work and career. Undoubtedly, education plays a huge role in our lives, because it is the basis of success and well-being. For everyone who is now reading this text and still does not understand why they need to study, I would like to give one piece of advice. Yes, learning is hard, but if it were easy, would all this and our future have such a huge price?! I believe that it is necessary to study at school, at university, putting in all our efforts because our future will depend on it. We no longer have to study eleven years at school or 5 years at college. This all happens only once, so it is so important to unlearn it once conscientiously, well and diligently, so that later this knowledge will return to us with success, good work and well-being.

The school journey is a unique experience for every person. Every person goes through long educational years. After all, it is at school that we learn to speak, write and count correctly. And this is the basis for existing comfortably in the world around us.

High school introduces students to basic sciences, knowledge of which will definitely be useful to every student in adulthood. Paying attention to each subject of the school curriculum, we become more familiar with the material in such sciences as geography, biology, astronomy, physics, and chemistry.

Knowledge of geography will always come in handy when traveling, both in familiar areas and in unfamiliar outskirts of our world. Knowledge of biology and anatomy will help us understand our own body and help us trace that important chain thanks to which a person grows strong and healthy. Knowledge of physics and chemistry will be useful to us in ordinary, everyday life.

School years help a person make a choice and decide on a future profession. After all, by studying the basics of each subject, it will be easy for us to understand which science is more interesting and exciting.

Thus, the student enters the desired higher institution and continues to acquire such necessary, necessary knowledge. And with a wealth of knowledge, it will be easy for us to find a prestigious job, from which we will receive not only pleasure, but also a decent income. And all our dreams will begin to come true, all plans will be carried out. And all thanks to the knowledge that we began to gain in first grade!

Why do you need to study? If you are asking this question, then apparently you are still in school, and you are tormented by some internal contradictions. Thinking about this, you sometimes become somewhat opposed due to the fact that you simply do not want to study, or you are simply tired. Let's figure out why we need to study and why knowledge is so important in our lives.

Why do people study, and why do they need it?

Many children often hear from their parents that they must study, that without knowledge it is impossible to achieve anything in life. Sometimes you don’t understand why they insist on this so much, and why they care at all. First of all, I would like to note that educated people feel more comfortable in society than ignoramuses. What explains this trend?

Try to answer yourself the question: can a serious task be entrusted to an uneducated person? Can you rely on him if we are talking about a narrowly focused matter that requires the hands of a specialist and nothing more? The answer is obvious - no. After all, great things are decided by smart people who, during their lives, “gnawed at the granite of science,” for the benefit of their future and beyond. Based on this, we can make a simple conclusion that you need to study in order to be able to do something and have an idea of what others are doing.

We study in order to...

Not to mention the fact that you need to study for the sake of banal reading skills, spelling beautiful speech, you also need to study for the sake of the specific goal that you are pursuing in your life. A person who dreams of becoming a doctor works every day and replenishes his knowledge in the field of medicine. He knows very well, so he zealously pursues this goal, without asking himself “why do you need to study?” In parallel with him, other people who want to become lawyers, teachers or programmers act in exactly the same way. That is, they know what they want and, accordingly, study: one is jurisprudence, another is educational sciences, and the third is all the nuances of coding. So is it necessary to study or not? Answer...

If you have a dream or goal that is related to your profession, then you know perfectly well what you need to do for this - study the branch of science with which your activity will be connected, arithmetic is simple. However, if you don’t know what you want to become, then it is likely that your mental anguish will lead to the eternal question for you “why do you need to study?”

I don't know what I want to become, what should I do?

Many teenagers who are about to graduate from secondary school do not know what they want to become in life. Nowadays, this is a fairly common trend, which is explained by several factors. First of all, it’s laziness! A person who prefers to spend time lying on the couch and watching TV (and now spends more time at the computer) often does not know what profession he would like to master.

But the thing is that in most cases he has nothing to choose from. He is used to idleness and does not think about serious issues. His interests are aimed only at relaxation and entertainment, he is fixated on those things that contradict willpower and aspiration. Therefore, you need to find an activity that is beneficial for yourself, and if you don’t like it, then don’t stop and look for the next one. Having tried many areas and branches of a particular field, you will understand what is closer to you and you yourself will determine your future actions that will be related to your studies.

Otherwise, it may be that the person studied diligently at school (or at the institute), learned many sciences and is interested in learning. But he also doesn’t know who he wants to be in life. Many thoughts are intertwined in his head, giving rise to multi-story contradictions about the future. Often, such people are simply too ambitious, they are afraid to take the wrong path, thereby burying themselves deeper and deeper into a hole of uncertainty. In this case, knowledge tests can help!

There are many tests and questionnaires on the Internet that, based on your knowledge and interests, can give a decent answer as to who you could work with. The result generated from your answers will show you a priority ladder from many areas in percentage terms - from largest to smallest. Next, you yourself consider this or that field of activity in which you are looking for a vacant profession. Of course, no one can give you a 100% answer, because it’s impossible to get into your head. You are the architect of your own happiness, so listen to your heart and make the right choice in favor of your future.

Knowledge is the path to the world of discovery

How long do you need to study? This question can be answered with the proverb “live and learn.” Naturally, it is simply impossible to know everything in the world, because there is no limit to perfection. Knowledge opens our eyes to many things that happen in the world. What can I say, the whole world is complete knowledge!

You just need to have the desire, and as soon as you begin to conquer your own fears, there will be no limit to your pleasure. The first positive result achieved through hard work is the strongest motivation and desire for new discoveries! Living while learning means living for your own pleasure, that is, a happy life. “Learning is light, and ignorance is darkness,” so let us not sit in the darkness of heresy and ignorance, but let us bask in the rays of light and happiness.

What can I say, but children, in almost all times and eras, have always been the same. This is about studying. Nobody ever really wanted to study. Many who have achieved great heights in science and technology studied, literally, “under pressure.”

There is no need to prove the fact that someone really loves and wants to learn, but someone cannot stand it. The taste and color, as they say...Nevertheless, no matter how much you want it or not, everyone needs to learn! Judge for yourself: where and who needs an ignoramus at work? Someone who can’t do anything and doesn’t understand anything? The answer is obvious.

So, what exactly is education for? First of all, this is the internal and intellectual development of man, the development of science and technology, the development of human civilization itself, as a whole.

If you look at it, the most important component in all learning and human development is school. This is the real “foundation” of education. And the stronger it is, the better and deeper the education itself will be. In secondary and higher educational institutions, there is already more emphasis on the special knowledge that will be necessary to obtain a profession. This is the so-called professional bias. And the basis for obtaining a profession, perhaps several, in any case, remains school.

In addition, the vast majority of schoolchildren have long noticed that learning is also very interesting. In addition to the fact that you receive basic and fundamental knowledge, you also receive a lot of other information, which, in one case or another, will be very useful in life.

Many schoolchildren sometimes complain that some subjects they study in school are unlikely to be needed in life. Is it really? As practice shows, yes and no.

The fact is that no one will ever be able to predict all life's turns. Especially in our difficult and unstable times. Let's remember the not so distant 90s. More precisely, their beginning. The collapse of the Soviet Union. A lot of people were left behind then. Many of them were forced to retrain for new specialties. Not because they wanted it, but solely in order to survive!

There is one more, very big plus in education. “You don’t carry everything you know on your shoulders!” This saying has proven its truth through the centuries. And, that's right! Knowledge has never been superfluous. A situation can always arise that a person urgently needs knowledge in one area or another.

Well, of course, the following saying is very popular and true: “If it’s in your head, it’ll be in your pockets!” here, as they say, no comments.

Summarizing the above, you can easily guess that studying and acquiring knowledge have always been, are and will be relevant!
