1. Object and scope
This standard establishes the technical conditions for hardened and cemented cylindrical pins (installation pins) of the accuracy class A with a nominal diameter d. 1 from 0.6 to 20 mm.
The versions of the pins A and B correspond to the following types of heat treatment: A - hardened pins, in - cemented pins.
2.2. The theoretical weight of the pins is indicated in Appendix 2.

3. Technical requirements
Pins should be manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in Table. 2.

The pins are supplied without a coating, lubricated by anti-corrosion lubricant to protect against corrosion or coated in coordination between the manufacturer and the consumer. |

To avoid hydrogen fragility, appropriate metallic or other coatings should be selected. When the pins are applied with an electric gateway or phosphate coatings, they should be processed accordingly immediately after the coating should be removed to eliminate hydrogen fragility. Although it is impossible to completely get rid of hydrogen fragility. Preferred coatings are oxide or zinc, but not inflicted with an electrolytic manner. Other coatings are allowed in coordination between the manufacturer and the consumer. All tolerances refer to the sizes of pins before coating. |

Surface quality |
Products should be the same in quality, without deviations of form and defects. Borrowers are not allowed on the surface of the pins. |

DIN 6325 applies to rotable cylindrical pins having a diameter of 1 mm to 20 mm. The length of the product data pegs from 4 mm to 180 mm and is selected by the customer from a number of standard lengths that are written for each diameter separately. Suppose the pin with a diameter of 5 mm can have a length of 8 mm to 100 mm.
DIN 6325 pins made of carbon doped steel with a strength of more than 600 H / mm2, followed by hardering to hardness 58 - 62 HRC. After heat treatment, the working surface of the pins is grinning and polished to the corresponding diameter within the M6 tolerance field.
The pins over the entire length have a strict cylindrical shape. To install in a hole, one of the ends has a chamfer 15?, Which facilitates its initial approach in the parts connected. The shape of the ends of the DIN 6325 pin defines the manufacturer.
Pin GOST 24296 93
GOST 24296 Just like DIN 6325, stipulates the release of rotable pins, but a slightly large range of diameters from 0.6 to 20 mm. Both standards control the release of pins of the high class of accuracy A. The length of hard 24296 hardening is selected for each diameter separately in the range from 3 mm to 100 mm.
Pins made according to GOST 24296 93 are divided into two types:
execution A - For better approach, has a radius end (hardened pins);
execution in - has a stupid end end (cemented pins).
Like analogue All execution versions are equipped with a fist in 15? To facilitate the installation and centering of the pin into the holes.
Methms of GOST 24296 made of carbon doped steel:
execution A - hardness 550-650 HV30;
execution B - surface hardness 600-700 HV1, hardness below the cement layer at least 550 HV1.
After the heat treatment process, the pins are grinding and polishing to a diameter within the M6 tolerance field.
Pins are supplied without coatings, lubricated with anticorrosive lubrication or coated in coordination between the manufacturer and the customer. Mostly coated with oxide or zinc coatings applied by non-electrolithic method.
Apply DIN 6325 pin with a cylindrical hardened and its analog for creating fixed high accuracy compounds. For example, they connect half the gearboxes in front of the boring flooring of the bearings. After numerous assemblies of the reduction of the gearbox, thanks to the pins, the halves will still be exactly adjacent to each other.
GOST 24296 93 Cylindrical pins hardened and their counterparts are used in the manufacture of machines and mechanisms where it is required to create a detachable high accuracy compound. For example, in the machining machines, the product data center the guides for carriats, grandmothers and calipers. Pins serve as a base for fixing parts in various conductors and devices under serial production.
GOST 24296 93 Cylindrical pins hardened
Cylindrical hardened pins are used to create quick-disconnect accurate compounds. Thanks to them, the item can be collected repeatedly with the same accuracy.
The pins are produced by accuracy A and the rod diameter from 1 mm to 20 mm. For each diameter, we offer a large selection of standard lengths from 4 mm to 140 mm.
All pins are made of high-quality carbon steel strength, which is not less than 600 N / mm2.
Pins are made without anti-corrosion coating. It is connected with alloying elements in the material, and they are not bad opposed Rust. So that they do not deteriorate during long-term storage they are lubricated and packaged in anti-corrosion packaging.
