Boil the pasta in salted water for 10-15 minutes. Next, we fold the finished products into a colander. After that, heat the pan, pour vegetable oil into it, throw in the chopped clove of garlic, spread the pasta and boiled broccoli, mix gently and remove from heat.

Now let's make a cheese and milk sauce. To do this, heat flour in a dry frying pan until pinkish, add butter and grind so that there are no lumps. Pour milk into a frying pan, beat thoroughly until smooth. Heat the sauce until thick, but do not boil. As soon as the mixture starts to bubble, reduce the heat to low and add finely grated cheese into the mixture. Season with salt and spices to taste. We keep on very low heat for another 3 minutes, stir constantly. Now put the pasta with broccoli on warm plates, sprinkle with cheese, pour with hot sauce and serve immediately.

Recently, I have been trying to cook food in the evening so that, firstly, it is as low in calories as possible. Secondly, more or less satisfying, because there is little use in a low-calorie dinner if you want to eat again after half an hour. Well, and thirdly, to make the dinner useful.

In this sense, we can say that broccoli is my new love. The main methods of cooking this super-healthy vegetable that I have mastered are, and an omelet with it. Surely, there are many ways to cook this unique cabbage - they still have to be mastered. For example, I want to try to make a salad with her.

For the broccoli macaroni, I used leftover Italian cheese from my stock, but I think other cheeses will work as well. Likewise, you can take any type of pasta that you like and boil it according to the instructions on the package.

To make pasta with broccoli in a creamy sauce, you need:

  • pasta - about 200 g (about 2 servings);
  • broccoli - about 500 g (1 "tree");
  • heavy cream - 1-1.5 cups;
  • grated hard cheese - 1 glass;
  • finely chopped parsley - 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • salt and ground black pepper - to taste.

Cooking in steps:


  • Prepare the ingredients: bring the water to a boil, salt to taste, add the pasta and cook until tender (according to package instructions) - about 10-15 minutes.
  • When they are ready, fold them in a colander, drain the water, and set the pasta aside.
  • Pour the cream into a saucepan, place the saucepan over moderate heat.
  • Divide the broccoli forks into smaller florets, cut the stems into cubes, then add the cabbage to the cream.
  • Cook the cabbage with cream over low heat to your liking (5 minutes if you like crispy, or a little more if you want soft).
  • Then add the cooked pasta.
  • Season with ground black pepper and salt and stir.
  • Add all the grated cheese and chopped herbs.
