Good day to all! Today I have bad news. Most of our women live in a vicious circle. Think about it, a family and working young lady is very accustomed to leaving all the affairs of putting in order of housing for the weekend. Indeed, on weekdays there is neither strength nor time. Then Monday comes again ... and it always does.

How to get out of this vicious circle? There is an option: the fly lady system in the Russian way. It is she who will help us make life more positive and delete the concept of "spring cleaning" from it.

Several years ago, American Marla Scilly introduced the concept. What it is? This is a technique that allows you to relieve a woman's hands thanks to competent planning of affairs. That is, you do not need to spend the whole weekend cleaning. It is enough to correctly distribute the load within 5 working days.

But for some reason, not all of our women can adapt to this system (read about). I know of several examples when the technique took root only the third time. Why it happens? After all, you must agree how convenient it is to distribute forces for 5 days, and leave the weekend for yourself.

I analyzed a lot on this topic, and came to the conclusion that the main problem is the mentality and way of life. Marla created the system based on the example of an American housewife. And some simply will not take root in our lives. For example, a few of them:

Wear lace-up shoes so that you are not tempted to lie down on the sofa. Excuse me, but where did you see a young lady flitting around the house in street shoes? House slippers maximum.
Spend a week cleaning one area. Well, yes, in America the houses are big. It's hard to clean 10 rooms at a time. And we have mostly small sizes. And those who have mansions are no longer cleaned by the mistress, but by the servant.
And yet, on the example of Marla, household chores have to be done when she is at home alone. The fair half often works for us.

But what if we remake this system in the Russian way? Take the main idea and go! How do you like it? Let's try? But first, let's understand which family model to adjust the system to.

So how do we live? The average family consists of 3-4 people: mom, dad and one or two children:

Dad usually works.
with one baby. Moreover, if there is a second, then it must be taken from the kindergarten (school). Either. In both cases, time is short.
Live in an ordinary apartment, for example, a two-room apartment.

Under such conditions, a woman simply has no strength left in the evening. She can hardly get to the stove to prepare something to eat. Therefore, business remains on Saturday and Sunday, because there is more time. Children can be with their dad or grandmother. And the hostess, tired for a week, will clean the house.

Then the beginning of the working week, you need to pick up the children from the garden, meet your husband from work, and so a vicious circle. Cheerlessly and sadly somehow ...

But if you sit down, think and make your own schedule! How?

Cleaning plan

Well, let's say that dad works until 7:00 pm and mom works until 5:00 pm. She has to pick up one child from the garden. They come home earlier than dad. Mom prepares dinner, the family gets together and dines. Then, mom needs to find 15 minutes in the evening to do the planned fly business. How to plan?

Take a sheet, or better just a notebook. It will be useful to you in the future to plan your actions.
Make a list of things to do during the weekend. Naturally, there will be. What exactly are you doing. Have you recorded it?
Now just divide the house into zones. It is better to have 5 of them, like working days. And no more than 15 minutes were spent on each zone. For example, on Monday we clean the nursery. Vacuum, dust, wash the floor.
Afraid of distraction? Or spend more time? Set a timer. You will soon get used to keeping up with the times you want.
Do not forget to include a hot spot analysis here, if possible every day. In any family there are places where unnecessary items like to "settle". Checks, brochures, etc. don't let them accumulate.

Of course, spend money on different zones different time... For example, the kitchen can take longer than the bedroom. There is only washing the microwave and stove for 15 minutes. Then you have to stay here for about half an hour. Don't forget the timer!

And also this advice, if you are planning to clean the kitchen, try to choose a day when you do not need to cook dinner. In the sense, it will be enough just to get the pre-cooked one and reheat it. Or maybe you have a shortened Friday? Fine! This is a good opportunity to finish what you started on Monday, and devote the weekend to yourself and your family.

So the farm accumulates food deposits, which often have to be thrown away. After all, she has an expiration date.
Weekend for yourself! Actually, for the sake of this, we learn to fly with a broom around the house in the middle of the week.
