This easy recipe with carrots and apples will help with this - after all, this is a real source of vitamins. Carrot and apple salad - light, spicy and juicy salad. We will need:

1) carrots - 1 pc.;
2) homemade sour cream - 2 tbsp. l .;
3) apple - 1 pc.;
4) garlic - 1 prong;
5) salt.

I chose a small sweet carrot and washed it in cool water. She scraped the carrot with a knife, peeling off a thin skin. Then she rinsed it with chilled boiled water.

This salad is my childhood memory. When I was small (and rather plump, by the way, thanks to my grandmother's efforts), this salad was “served” to me in a beautiful bowl - grated apple and carrot, sprinkled with sugar. So, I cut it, took a photo for my favorite site, left it to brew and soak the apples and carrots with each other's juices - and the salad disappeared. A minute later, the culprit of this very disappearance returned for the spoons, and after another 2 minutes - with empty bowls. Here is such a recipe-memory.
