Therefore, there are increasingly disputes among consumers and more often on the subject of which water is better to drink - boiled or crude. Both sides lead completely sound arguments in support of their opinions, but truth, as is known, lies in the middle. So what is the difference between raw water from boiled, and which option should be included in his daily diet.

This is not surprising, given that according to the World Health Organization, about 90% of human diseases are caused by drinking food-quality water use, as well as the use of unprepared water for domestic purposes (shower, bath, pool, washing dishes, washing underwear, etc.) .

High-quality drinking water is water not containing impurities harmful to human health. It must be odorless and safe with its long-term use.

Without exaggeration, we can say that high-quality water that meets sanitary and hygienic and epidemiological requirements is one of the indispensable conditions for the preservation of people's health. But that she benefit, it must be cleaned from all sorts of harmful impurities.
How to clean? First, boiling. When choosing a water purification method, you need to remember that raw water is much more useful for human health. Boiled water is considered to be "dead", because It is modified by the mineral composition. However, if there is at least the slightest doubts as a tap water, then it is better to boil it. 2.1 Analysis of water quality.

For the study of experienced samples I used simple methodswhich can be held at home. For your research, I took four prototypes from different areas of the city and two samples of purified water (filtered and bottled).

But first, I needed to find out what areas of the city water comes from the well, and which of the river. This information could be found out by visiting the city vodokanal G. Great Luki, where we went.

As a result of visiting Vodokanal, we found out: centralized water supply and water disposal (sewage) - consists of 26 divisions. About 30% of the water intake of the Great Bow - is carried out from the river; 70% - out of 10 underground artesian wells.

The city of Great Luke can be divided into two large areas - to the river and behind the river. The main part of the city starting with a friendship microdistrict is provided with water from wells. On the treatment facilities of the water pipeline that are on the street. Pushkin, water from wells is stirred with river water and served in the zarechny part of the city.

For experiments, we decided to take 4 samples of water from different areas of the city.

Experience number 1. Determination of water color

We take a clear clean glass and pour into it in turns each of the samples and on the opposite side we apply a sheet of paper to them if the text is well readed by looking through a glass with water, then water is colorless. [Tab. one]

Experience number 2. Determination of the smell of water

It is necessary to determine the smell of water. To do this, it will be necessary to heat the water up to 50-60s. When the water is heated, with the help of rotational movements we will define the smell. [Tab. 2]

Output: In the second sample, a light smell of hydrogen sulfide was discovered. This is due to the fact that one source is a well with hydrogen sulfide water.

Experience number 3. The presence of organic impurities in water

Definition in water organic substances. In each sample, you need to add a solution of potassium permanganate (manganese), a few drops and if the color remains the same, it means that organic substances in water are not contained. If the liquid in the glass becomes yellow, then it is undesirable to drink it without prior processing. [Tab. 3]

Experience number 4. Verification of water for inorganic impurities

On glass or mirror we apply a small drop of water. We are waiting until the liquid evaporates. After that, we look at the surface: if it remains clean - water without impurities. If some stains were formed on the glass - this is a sign of poor water quality. [Tab. four]

Output: In all water samples, a light imprint remained, it means without preliminary water treatment, it is not recommended.

Experience number 5. Determination of water rigidity

At home, it is possible to determine the rigidity of water, if soap foams poorly in water - the water is rigid. The same can be said about the water of the precipitate for boiling. [Tab. five]

Experience number 6. Definition of a general microbial number.

The total microbial number in water is determined by sowing water into sterile Petri dishes. When studying in the cups, we add melted and cold agar-agar and sew on its surface 1 ml of the studied water sample. Because We have no special rheostat, we place Petri dishes on the battery for 24 hours. After the incubation period, we calculate the grown colonies on the surface of the agar. The total microbial number is a quantitative indicator reflecting the content of microorganisms in 1 ml of the water under study. This test has a low value as an indicator of the presence of pathogenic microorganisms, but nevertheless, is an important sanitary indicator, which allows us to estimate the overall microbial virginity of the water object. In accordance with Sanpin 2.1.4.1074-01, the presence of microorganisms allows no more than 50 per 1 ml. [Tab. 6]

In order to find out the level of knowledge of school students about the quality of drinking water, we conducted survey among schoolchildren. A total of 100 people were projected.

The quality of drinking water in the city of Great Luke complies with the standards and requirements of SanPiN 2.1.4.1074-01. According to the criteria on which the study was conducted, and, it means, our hypothesis was confirmed. But still you should not neglect the pretreatment of water. Water samples 1 and 4 through the city district, require special attention. It is possible to replace the water supply systems in these areas.

It can be said that high-quality water that meets sanitary and hygienic and epidemiological requirements is one of the indispensable conditions for preserving the health of people.

March 22 marks World Water Day. It is not marked because there is a lot of water on earth, but because it is increasingly demanding protection.

I believe that the problem of water, the ecology in general should be studied and understood from early childhood. And when we become adults - it will be our job, our life.
