Cooking process:

Step 4. Pouring for the cake must be diluted in 50 ml of juice and water, put on low heat and bring to a boil, add currants, then remove from heat and cool.

Step 5. The gelatin must be soaked. Separate the yolk from the protein and grind the yolk with sugar, cottage cheese and vanilla sugar.

Step 6. Dissolve the soaked gelatin in warm water and slowly introduce the curd cream. Whisk the protein with 2/3 of the whipped cream, then put the cream in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Step 7. The cakes should be wrapped in a special cake ring and lay out the berry mass. The almost finished cake should be refrigerated for 15 minutes, then put the curd cream on top and garnish with whipped cream and currant berries.
