Blower. We make a garden vacuum cleaner and a blower with our own hands: detailed instructions and useful recommendations Homemade blowers

A very powerful blower that blows a good air flow that can easily blow any dust from the computer system unit. Such high power is achieved optimal design installation, using a powerful and high-speed engine, and an energy-intensive battery from a screwdriver.
The blower can find the most different applications at home and in your workshop. I already showed you one.

Its big plus is its mobility, since everything works without a network and anywhere.
The turbine operates on a centrifugal basis.

It will be needed for manufacturing

  • Plexiglass.
  • PVC pipes: one large diameter, which is used for sewage. And one small diameter, as for a water supply.
  • which you can buy at.
  • Battery from a screwdriver.
  • Switch.
  • Secondary glue.

Making a powerful blower

Cut off the ring from the large pipe.

Place on plexiglass sheet and circle.

With a drill like Ballerinka, we cut out two circles from plexiglass. Just not the same diameter, 2 cm more.

As a result, we got such a set for assembling the case.

We mark both rounds and drill holes at the indents from the edge about 0.5 cm.

In one of the round ones we drill a hole for the engine.

Cut off a small piece of the pipe. This will be the air intake.

We drill a hole under it in the second round.

Let's try it on for now.

Next, we take a piece of PVC pipe 15-20 cm long and cut it off on one side with a round nozzle to make a snug fit to the body ring.

We apply to the ring and outline.

In the ring we make a hole for the pipe. First, we drill with a round nozzle. And then with a file we give the shape of an oval, under the adjacent pipe.

We glue it with superglue. This will be the air outlet.

We paint all the parts.

The body is ready. We turn to the manufacture of the impeller.
To do this, we cut out rounds of smaller diameters from the canister.

We saw off the tube from the body of the ballpoint pen and glue it into the center of one circle with a second glue.

In the second circle we make a hole for air intake.

We make the blades from PVC pipes. We cut the rings to the same thickness.

Cut into semicircles.

The impeller assembly kit is ready.

But before proceeding with the assembly, we will make a semicircular cut in each blade.

We glue the blades.

We glue the second circle on top.

Now we put the whole turbine together. Remove the protective layer from the plexiglass. We glue the air intake pipe into one round.

On the other side, we fasten the engine.

Eventually:

To fit the impeller onto the motor shaft, I used a cable sheath of a suitable size.

I cut off the desired length and put on the impeller.

Next, we collect the entire corpus together.

We fix it with long bolts and nuts.

A lot of things that seem unnecessary to us, in fact, can be used in the household. One has only to set a goal to embody an incredible idea, and the solution can come by itself. And the resulting creation will forever be remembered for the exciting moments of creativity in the home workshop.
And how can you not remember about cleaning, because this event sometimes negates all creative impulses. Putting order, cleanliness around yourself and in the world around you is very important, but not always pleasant. But there is a way out, and we will show you today.
Remove foliage from paths, garbage from the site or other unnecessary things - everything is possible with it! And most importantly, with such a device, any cleaning will turn into a pleasant, and certainly not boring pastime.

Materials-tools

  • Box for CD / DVD CDs;
  • Button switch;
  • 5.5mm connector for power supply;
  • An empty metal deodorant bottle;
  • Liter plastic bottle (PET);
  • Cover from plastic bottle;
  • Section PVC pipes by 25 mm;
  • Hot glue gun, soldering iron;
  • Painting knife, scissors, marker, ruler and small hacksaw for metal.

We start manufacturing the blower

First, prepare an empty disc box. She needs to dismantle the cylindrical axis. We cut it with a heated blade of a painting knife, and break it off by hand.

We take a 12 V DC motor, and connect a switch button with a power supply connector to it as shown in the photo.
We fix the engine on the back of the disk platform with hot glue. We carefully glue the body around the entire circumference.

The next step is to open a liter plastic bottle (PET). We measure 6 cm from the bottom of the bottle, and cut off the small cap with a paint knife. We won't need the rest of the bottle.

Next, we make several holes from the bottom side in this cap. They are needed for the switch and the charging socket. We fix on hot glue with inside cover button-switch and connector for the power supply.

Apply hot glue to the outer edge of the cap and glue it to the back of the disc platform.

We will prepare the impeller blades from an empty metal deodorant bottle. Using a metal saw, we cut off the bottom and neck of the bottle, and cut the body along with ordinary scissors.

We level the resulting piece of tin by hand, and proceed to the marking. With a marker and a ruler, draw a sheet into eight rectangles with dimensions of 30x55 mm. We cut them out with scissors, biting off the corners on one side of each blade.

We use a plastic bottle cap as a hub. Divide it into eight identical parts by four diagonals. We lower the extreme points of the marking onto the edges.

We make a small hole in the center of the hub cover for the engine shaft. We cut the ribs according to the marking with a hacksaw or a knife.

We assemble the impeller by inserting the blades into the slots of the cover, and put them on hot glue. We glue the center of the impeller additionally, and then give the blades a slight tilt, bending them manually. This is necessary in order to provide more air outflow.

We make the outlet duct from a segment plastic pipe by 25 mm. The circumference of the disc box cover will serve as a template for the duct.

We mark it with a marker, and cut it off with a hacksaw for metal. We trim the connection with a painting knife.

Each summer resident faces on his site with big amount garbage. It is especially abundant in autumn, when it is time for leaf fall, and also in spring, when it is necessary to remove the garbage that has accumulated over several months.

The most acute problem with cleaning arises among those who have a large number of fruit trees and berries. It is good to enjoy ripe and juicy fruits, but few people enjoy removing the leaves from them in the autumn and spring months. V recent times v specialized stores modern technology appears that helps summer residents in gardening work. Among such equipment are blowers. Most of all summer residents are pleased with the cleaning of leaves with an air blower.

Blower

A blower is a tool that performs the same function as a conventional rake, broom or broom. With the help of air, she blows out the leaves and ultimately cleans the plantations of fallen leaves and even small twigs. Some modifications of such tools also have the function of sucking debris into special bags.

What are the blowers according to the principle of engine operation?

At the moment, the manufacturer produces blowers of two types: with an electric motor and with a gasoline one.

In terms of environmental safety, of course, an electric blower is best suited. Unlike gasoline, it does not emit harmful substances into the atmosphere that are formed during the combustion of fuel. This device works in two modes - blowing and garden vacuum cleaner. With the help of the latter mode, you can easily clear the area of the site from small debris, and the blowing mode will help get rid of foliage. Also, this blower has a chopper, which in turn helps to clear the garden of larger branches. However, an electric garden blower also has a very obvious drawback - it is tied to a source of electricity and cannot operate without electricity, which makes it problematic for use in large gardens. In addition, this invention is not recommended for use with high humidity.

Better blower electric

The gas powered garden vacuum has gained much more popularity than its electric competitor. This is explained by the fact that it does not require electricity for its operation, in this regard, it can be used even in the farthest corners of the garden and in industrial gardens, which sometimes spread over several tens, or even hundreds of hectares. A petrol blower requires a small amount of petrol to operate.

Important! Such a blower is also relatively light - the average weight of such tools is about three to four kilograms. That is why even a few hours of working with it will not cause severe fatigue. Also, gardeners appreciate the speed of such garden vacuum cleaners. On average, it is 53-55 meters per second.

Blower operating modes

A standard blower can operate in three modes: direct blower, garden vacuum and shredder.

The blower mode is for the tool to collect fallen leaves and other small debris in the area into one pile. During the operation of the tool, a large flow of air arises, which collects all unnecessary debris in one place. At the same time, the summer resident can control the air masses himself and thus concentrate the garbage in the place necessary for him. Most often, this is the mode that is used in autumn time for fallen leaves.

The second mode of operation of such a tool is the mode of a garden vacuum cleaner.

The second mode of operation of such a tool is the mode of a garden vacuum cleaner. This function is also available for all types of blowers. The process of its work is similar to that of an ordinary household vacuum cleaner. During operation, the garbage is swallowed and enters a special garbage bag through a plastic pipe.

In some series, there is also a third mode - a chopper. The principle of operation resembles the second mode, however, before the garbage enters the bag, it is finely chopped using special knives. As a result, shredded garden residues can be used as mulch for different plants... However, not all blowers have such a mode. To find out for sure, you should consult with a store employee.

Electric garden blower: basic classification of units

Before buying such a unit, you should pay attention to the features of using such a tool:

  • For small areas, a handheld blower is best. It is good because it has excellent maneuverability, it is easy to work with it in gardens and alleys. This unit is small in size. Compactness does not allow a person to get very tired during work. In addition, the device is equipped with a comfortable handle and strap.
  • A gasoline knapsack blower will be good for areas remote from residential buildings and structures. It runs on gasoline and is therefore not tied to a power supply. Such a unit is heavy enough. However, even a weak woman can wear and use it. This is explained by the fact that the garden vacuum cleaner has a special belt system. It is she who relieves a person from fatigue, since it evenly distributes the weight of the equipment. As a result, the gardener will not get tired, even if he works for several hours.
  • For industrial gardens, powerful cordless vacuum cleaners are best suited. They have, as a rule, wheels, which allow rolling such units around the plantations. These fans have four wheels and one handle. Plus, they have wide attachments that can clean up as much debris as possible. Also, the blower-vacuum cleaner has the function of a chopper, it processes even large branches well. At the same time, domestic developers have thought out large containers for collecting garden waste, and also introduced sprayers.

Garden vacuum cleaner blower: how to choose the right one

Choose your garden blower responsibly. Close attention should be paid to some parameters and aspects. Here are the main ones:

  • Plot size. The most important aspect to be guided by when choosing a vacuum cleaner for the garden. For small areas (up to two hectares), hand-held power tools are well suited. However, if the area of the garden is more than two hundred acres, then it is recommended to purchase a gasoline vacuum cleaner. If the area of an industrial garden is five or even ten hectares, then it is better to purchase a garden vacuum cleaner on wheels for your farm.
  • The amount of work and complexity is the second aspect that you need to pay attention to when choosing this type of equipment. It is necessary to analyze what needs to be done with this blower (collect garbage in one pile, in a bag, or even grind it altogether).
  • Mobility. If the technique is difficult to use, it will not do any good.
  • Parameters - weight and transportation.

Also, experts advise paying attention to the blower manufacturer. Today the equipment is produced by many companies and factories. The ranking of the best brands looks like this:

  • Hitachi,
  • Husqvarna,
  • Stihl,
  • Bosch.

Do not forget to read the instructions before using. After the purchase, you need to conclude with the seller service maintenance and maintenance of the blower. This is required because DIY repair will cost much more. And it will not be possible to repair it everywhere. For example, not all teams carry out repairs of vortex blowers, even in large cities.

DIY blower

You can save money and make a manual blower. If it is made correctly, then in operation it will not be inferior to purchased ones in much. To assemble it, you need to take an unnecessary compressor from a vacuum cleaner, a plastic pipe, a bag, a motor and filters for blowers. You will also need a handle. Collecting all these parts makes an excellent device that has the same functions as a garden vacuum cleaner from a store.

In order for the tool to be of high quality and work for a long time, as well as to not have to repair the blower in a short time, you should not rush to assemble it. Otherwise, the unit will quickly fail and all the work will have to be redone again. But there is always an option to buy equipment in a store, the main thing is to decide on a model.

The purchase of a professional tool designed for is justified only for large volumes of work.

Cheap counterparts often do not have the required properties or are much less reliable.

Therefore, the manufacture of homemade devices for performing this type of work is gaining more and more popularity.

We will focus on blowing devices for the bulk of this article, but we will also talk about other tools that you can make yourself.

Both the vacuum cleaner and the blower are united general principle work - impeller rotating at high speed gives the air centrifugal acceleration, due to which a zone of increased pressure appears at the outlet, and a zone low pressure... As the impeller rises, the difference in inlet and outlet pressures accelerates the air to high speeds.

On some models of blowers or garden vacuum cleaners with this function, this parameter reaches the value 270 km / h and more... By changing the connection point of the hose, you can switch the operating mode of the device from a vacuum cleaner to a blower.

When working in vacuum mode it is necessary either to separate any contamination or to remove only solid... In the first case, the collected leaves settle to the bottom of the filter bag without crushing.

The advantage of this method is that you can use an impeller from an old vacuum cleaner, however, at such speeds of rotation of this part, even a leaf from a tree that slipped through the filter bag can damage the impeller.

In the second case, a strong impeller is installed, which not only withstands collision with the leaf, but also effectively crushes it, due to which the volume of collected fallen leaves is reduced by 10-15 times.

Can you make these fixtures yourself?

Such a device can be made by hand, however implement the shredding function at home pretty hard.

The fact is that it is necessary to maintain a balance between the speed of rotation of the impeller and the power of the engine, and hence the weight of the entire installation.

After all need so high rotation speed of the impeller shaft, in which the foliage is not only crushed, but also completely removed from the surface of the part due to centrifugal force.

To solve this problem, mass-produced garden vacuum cleaners use a complex-shaped impeller made of materials that can withstand huge centrifugal loads.

Therefore, most often, home-made vacuum cleaners-blowers cannot grind the leaves, however, increasing the volume of the bag and the use of devices designed to grind grass and leaves solves this problem.

We have already talked about such devices in. In addition, when making a homemade vacuum cleaner, you have to choose a screening method foliage and other contaminants.

The problem is that the most efficient cyclone filters take up a lot of space, and the smallest strainers tend to clog quickly.

In serial devices, this the problem is solved with the grind function, therefore, only the largest fragments, which pose a danger to the impeller, have to be sifted out.

Such a problem will have to be solved when making a garden vacuum cleaner of any configuration, so many people first make a blower to hone their skills, and only after that they start developing a vacuum cleaner model.

Filter type selection

For garden vacuum cleaners use 3 types of filters:

  • mesh;
  • inertial;
  • cyclones.

Strainer allows air and pollutants smaller than a certain size to pass through.

Their can be done how from car air filters, So and made of durable fabric.

The disadvantage of filters of this type is that the speed of air movement at the inlet of the vacuum cleaner directly depends on the filling of the filter.

Therefore, it is poorly suited for foliage harvesting due to its small internal volume.

The advantage of this filter is that no objects that could potentially damage the vacuum cleaner or its centrifugal pump will slip through it.

Operating principle inertial filter lies in the fact that it is easier for air moving at the same speed as any solid fragments, including leaf litter, to change the direction of movement due to its lower density and mass.

Typically, such a filter is the container into which the inlet and outlet tubes are inserted, moreover, inserted so that the air is first forced to sink to the bottom, then rise in a wide and slow flow to a high outlet. Moreover, the diameter of the outlet is much larger than the inlet.

As a result, the speed of the air flow at the inlet is much higher than the outlet, so it is no longer enough to lift solid fragments and move to the outlet pipe.

The disadvantage of such filters is that filtration coefficient directly depends on the size device, therefore, to catch fallen leaves, which are large and lightweight, you will need a device with a volume 50-100 l, not counting the size of the garbage container.

Cyclones They work on the same principle as inertial filters, but higher efficiency with less volume is achieved by rotating the debris in the hopper.

The inlet stream, containing various impurities, enters a circular container so that then, gradually descending, move along the wall.

This results in a centrifugal force that increases the efficiency of the device.

Due to this, for effective removal and various small debris a volume of 10–20 l is sufficient without taking into account the container for collecting foliage.

Engine selection

For efficient leaf harvesting a capacity of 2–4 liters is required. with. or 1.5-3 kW... This power is enough to create the required speed in a pipe with a diameter of 50 mm. It is possible to use a pipe of a smaller diameter only if the device will only work in blower mode, because the smaller diameter of the pipe will be an obstacle to the movement of large leaves.

If you use only the blower function, then the power can be reduced by 1.5–3 times, because the air flow does not have to push the leaf litter inside a relatively thin pipe.

On a homemade vacuum cleaner or blower the following types of motors can be installed:

  • electrical network;
  • electric rechargeable;
  • petrol.

Electric mains the motor has a minimum weight, but when working with such a device, you will have to carry an extension cord with you. Electric battery the motor is not only heavier because of the battery, but also noticeably more expensive than a network or gasoline engine.

In addition, it is much more difficult to get it, because other models of motors can be removed from various broken or decommissioned equipment.

Petrol the motor is completely autonomous, so devices equipped with it can be used far from power sources.

However, he noticeably harder electric, and also much larger. When working, he makes a rather loud sound so it is advisable to use headphones.

All motors that are installed on garden vacuum cleaners are equipped with an air ventilation system, so it is necessary to take into account the strong heating of some of its parts.

When assembling homemade equipment it is necessary to take into account the ratio of torque and engine speed and, if necessary, use gear or belt drives to correct the imbalance. In addition, the larger dimensions of the gasoline engine and the direction of its exhaust must be taken into account.

Thematic forums

To make a normal garden vacuum cleaner with your own hands without unnecessarily complicating the design, you need to carefully familiarize yourself with the already existing models of homemade devices. Moreover, it can be not only garden vacuum cleaners, but also any other vacuum cleaners.

We prepared List of forums, where users discuss various configurations of home-made devices and share their experience of making and using them:

Making a device for cleaning leaves from a conventional vacuum cleaner

This is the easiest way to make a home-made device, because a serial vacuum cleaner creates the necessary pressure difference and gives the air the necessary acceleration.

That's why just connect to him inertial or cyclone filter with capacity for foliage and you can start cleaning the site. Wherein it is advisable to use vacuum cleaners with a motor power of 1.5 kW or more.

As a cyclone filter, you can use both plumbing PVC pipes with a diameter of 200-500 mm, and a plastic barrel.

Wherein it is necessary to make the structure collapsible so that you can detach the filter from storage capacity... The most convenient is a plastic barrel with a capacity of 50–100 liters with a hermetically sealed lid as a storage device and a filter made of plumbing pipes. This design can be installed on a wheelbarrow or trolley, and a vacuum cleaner can be fixed next to it.

You will also need:

  • pipe plug - filter housing;
  • several pipes 50 mm with seals;
  • glue heat gun;
  • manual jigsaw or soldering iron nozzle for cutting;
  • additional hoses for the vacuum cleaner.

Making a cyclone filter

Here is the optimal procedure:

  1. Cut a piece 50 cm long from a plastic pipe with a diameter of 200-500 mm, this will be the cyclone body, measure the distance from the edge with a rubber seal.
  2. Cut a piece 15 cm long from a pipe with a diameter of 50 mm, also measure the distance from the edge with a seal, this will be the inlet pipe.
  3. Shape the cut edge of the inlet so that it fit snugly against the cyclone body and also cut a hole in the filter housing to insert the nipple into it.
  4. Insert the nipple and commit / seal it with hot melt glue as shown in the picture. Do not feel sorry for hot melt glue, because even a small gap or an inconspicuous hole will reduce the efficiency of the vacuum cleaner.
  5. In the center of the plug, make a hole for the pipe with a diameter of 50 mm, this will be the outlet, then cut a piece of such a pipe (measure the distance from the edge with a sealing rubber) 10 cm long and insert it into the plug.
  6. Secure and seal the joint with a heat gun.
  7. Make sure that lid closes on the container for collecting foliage hermetically otherwise, restore the tightness after replacing the lid or replace the lid / container.
  8. Cut a hole in the lid along the diameter of the case, and also cut out 3-4 triangular amplifiers.
  9. Insert the cyclone into the cover so that the body goes 5 cm through it and attach with a heat gun.
  10. Install around the cyclone body amplifiers and attach them to both the filter body and the cover, then seal the joint with glue.
  11. Place the lid on the foliage container, then insert a hose into the outlet and connect it to the inlet vacuum cleaner. Insert a leaf picking hose into the inlet.
  12. Plug in the vacuum cleaner and check the work the entire device.
  13. If you are not sure that you will be able to determine the filling of the container in time, then cut a long vertical strip in it and glue a strip of plexiglass there.

How to make a strainer?

For those who feel that making a cyclone filter is a complex and difficult process, a mesh filter based on a cloth bag is better suited.

The basis of such a filter is plastic container with a hermetically sealed lid, inside which a purchased or homemade bag is inserted.

The dimensions of such a filter directly depend on the size of the bag, because the latter, being filled with air, must either fit snugly against the walls of the case, or be a little short of them.

If, however, as a filter element is used air filters from cars, then the minimum distance between them and the body is 1 cm.

For a garden vacuum cleaner, a filter with a bag is better suited, because it is easier to manufacture and has a much larger useful volume than an option with one or more cartridges from a car air filter.

It is most convenient to use for making this device plastic sewer pipe with a diameter of 40-50 cm, although you can apply any plastic container with a hermetically sealed lid.

The best results are obtained with a structure in the form of a horizontally laid cylinder with a bag inside. Moreover, the size of the filled bag should be 1–2 cm less than the inner diameter of the filter.

The inlet pipe is made from a sewer plastic pipe with a diameter of 50 mm, and for hermetic fastening of the bag, adapters are installed on a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the bag. Moreover, the inlet pipe, adapter and filled bag should freely exit from the filter housing.

To do this, a piece is cut from a plastic sewer pipe of a suitable diameter, the length of which is slightly less than the length of the bag, and a rubber seal must be located on one side.

Then take plugs of suitable diameter and an inlet pipe with an adapter for attaching the bag is glued to one, and an outlet pipe to the other.

To prevent the bag from jumping off the adapter, glue the side of the seal cut from the same pipe, and a rope is inserted into the bag, which will fix the filter element on the adapter.

To do this, it is enough to tie it with any knot suitable for quick untie. After filling the bag (this will be indicated by a decrease in the efficiency of the vacuum cleaner), pull out the front plug and, having untied the rope, remove the bag from it, which, after emptying, can be installed back.

To eliminate air leakage, everything is desirable before assembling the filter. lubricate with medical glycerin.

It will not harm the rubber or the bag, but it will greatly increase the tightness of the connection.

In addition, rubber seals should be felt before each autumn season. If they become hard, then they need to be replaced, because hardened rubber already cannot provide the required level of sealing.

How to make a bag?

To create a bag, it is advisable to use spunbond with a density of 30-50 g / m 2... Due to the large area of the bag, the specific speed of air movement, and hence the pressure on it, will be small even when used with centrifugal fans with a capacity of 2-3 kW.

The shape of the bag depends on the shape of the body, therefore for a sewer filter, a cylinder shape is best... Any novice seamstress can make a pattern of parts, who will then connect all the parts and sew them on a regular machine.

Spunbond can be purchased at any hardware or garden store that offers it as a covering () material. They cut it with ordinary tailor's scissors, and any one is suitable for sewing. sewing machine... To increase strength, you can wrap a strip of cotton fabric around the seams before stitching.

Blower manufacturing

The main part of this device is a centrifugal fan, which can be made independently or removed from any equipment.

Main problem which occurs when self-production such a fan, associated with insufficient balancing of the impeller on the motor shaft which causes vibration, which reduces the air flow rate and destroys the motor bearings. At the same time, the power of the engine does not matter; there are cases when the blower was made with a motor from a DVD drive.

Nevertheless, it is undesirable to use motors, the power of which is below 500 W.

Indeed, when cleaning the garden or clearing the garden from fallen leaves, it is necessary not only to blow off single leaves, for which the main thing is the speed of the air flow, but also to create a wide stream, which can move large masses of leaves.

Therefore, it is desirable use the impeller and the snail removed from the old vacuum cleaner. Such an impeller withstands the revolutions and torque required to create a sufficiently wide and fast jet, and also does not require balancing, because the shape of the mount eliminates the wrong position of the impeller.

As air ducts you can use plastic water or sewer pipes suitable diameter. They are lightweight, and their connection does not cause problems.

Joints of duct parts made of sewer pipes you must first seal with hot glue, then reinforce with tape, this will keep them from creeping if the nozzle is too close to the ground.

To increase the air flow rate, the edge of the duct farthest from the fan can be flattened slightly.

Other homemade tools

Majority homemade tools for harvesting leaves are analogs of mass-produced devices, so below we will tell you about the most popular and useful ones.

Bag loading attachment

This device can be made from various materials, because its main task is to keep the bag open at all times. The nozzle is U-shaped box, the size of which is 1–2 cm smaller sizes bag. When it is inserted into the bag, it forms a large window with it, so that foliage can be raked directly into the lying bag.

If the nozzle is made funnel-shaped, then to load the bag, it will be enough to fill it with the collected foliage, then lift and set it vertically, so that the entire mass of foliage will slide into the bag under its own weight.

Trailer for walk-behind tractor

This device will be useful during transportation harvested foliage to the boundaries of the site or the place of disposal eg a compost pit or a pyrolysis gasifier that converts litter into flammable gas. In addition, the trailer can also be used to transport your garden vacuum cleaner.

Wire rake

Unlike conventional rakes, this device is much less traumatic for the grass and also makes it easier to collect foliage in hard-to-reach places. They can be made from ordinary galvanized wire, taking ready-made analogs as a basis.

Transport bed

This is a piece of dense fabric, to which a comfortable handle is sewn from each corner. Such a canvas is used to move the collected heaps over short distances, from where then all the material will be transported to the disposal site.

The optimal size depends on the number of workers - the larger the canvas, the more deciduous litter can be dragged at one time, but the more people will be required for this.

Therefore, in most cases, the length and width of such a device fit into no more than 2-3 m.

Network

This device is laid out in the place of collection of foliage and is filled with a rake or blower, pouring a hill of deciduous litter. Then they pull on the rope, and the net covers all the collected material, so that when dragged to another place, foliage will not fall out of it.

After reaching the destination, the rope is first loosened and then completely released, opening the net, and the collected material is removed from it.
