In modern conditions of urban communal services, you cannot do without special equipment. It is used for the construction and repair of roads, cleaning them from snow, ice, dust, flushing the sewage system, drains and treatment facilities... Sludge suction vehicle KO 507 is used for these purposes. Most often it works on the basis of KAMAZ.

The KO 507 machine is a special communal technique, with the help of which cleaning works are carried out. It is used in sewerage systems, storm drains and gutters. A special mechanical device allows you to remove sludge, sludge water and fatty deposits from wells and cesspools. In addition to pumping out contaminants, a KAMAZ-based vehicle is designed to transport the collected mass for the purpose of its subsequent disposal.

Ilosos KO 507 has the following features:

  • A powerful vacuum pump allows you to handle even heavy and dense sludge, ensuring an environmentally friendly and tight process.
  • The collected sludge tank is complete with a lid on the back. It leans back during sludge discharge and simplifies the process of emptying the tank.
  • The unloading of the collected sludge and fat deposits is carried out automatically by tilting the entire body of the tank back.

  • The suction unit with boom and winch is equipped with a 240 degree rotation system. This indicator allows you to operate the machine at a significant distance from the cleaning object.
  • Sludge suction mechanisms and systems are designed for operation as if low temperatures, and at high.

Device

Ilosos ko 507 uses a unique vacuum method for cleaning collectors, cesspools and treatment facilities. The main element of the technology is the chassis, which is responsible for moving the entire sludge suction system. The collected waste is collected in a cistern. The collection of sludge and its unloading is carried out by sequential start-up of the vacuum and injection system. The tank itself is internally divided into two blocks. Clean water is filled into the front block, and sludge and sludge liquid accumulate in the rear block. During transport, the solid sludge is moved to the rear of the tank and the liquid settles to the front of the block. That is why the waste is discharged through the back cover. For better cleaning of the container, you can install a mechanical piston that forcibly pushes the dirt out.

The suction hose of the sewage pump is equipped with a boom with a winch. These devices provide control of the hose and its fixation on the tank during transport. The hose is controlled and its position is changed from the cab using special devices located on the panel.

The operator also has the ability to continuously monitor the level of sludge in the tank according to the readings of the device. Once acceptable level exceeded, pumping stops automatically.

Ilosos KO 507 allows you to install optional equipment for filtration and purification of the collected sludge masses. This system processes sludge so that the output is industrial water... It can be used for the needs of public utilities. \

Sludge pumps (IVR) are used at the secondary radial sedimentation tanks of the biological wastewater treatment system and are designed to remove the settling activated sludge. Operating conditions - temperate climate U1 (-45 ... + 450 C) according to GOST 15150-69. Basic the lineup- IVR-16, IVR-18, IVR-20, IVR-24, IVR-28, IVR-30, IVR-40.

A distinctive feature of the equipment is the following technical solutions to improve performance, reduce operating costs and increase service life:

The design is necessarily tied to the dimensions of the existing construction part of the sump. This allows assembly work in a short time without fitting parts and assemblies "in place";

The design is more stable and rigid than the standard one. This is achieved by using a high-strength bridge girder and a 2-wheel drive bogie (the mass of the moving part is distributed over 3 points - the wheels and the central support). The stability of the structure ensures ease of maintenance of the sump, increases the service life of bearings and wheels;

The structure of the bridge truss excludes the possibility of deformation during operation, which does not require reinforcement improvement (unlike a typical bridge);

The standard delivery set includes a control cabinet, a slip ring with top power supply.

High-quality imported components were used - gear motors complete with frequency converters "NORD", Germany (N in the designation). The frequency converter is used to adjust the required speed of movement and ensure a smooth start (M in the designation);

The movement drive bogie is equipped with 2 wheels from an auto-loader with solid "superelastic" tires that can withstand a load of up to 3000 kg and have a high wear resistance (2 in the designation);

A device is installed to clean the treadmill from snow (C in the designation), which excludes freezing of the treadmill;

The equipment has a Declaration of Conformity with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 010/2011 "On the safety of machinery and equipment."

Sludge suction device

  • The main units of the sludge pump are: a bridge; central support (base); rotation chamber; cone; spire; motion drive; suction pipes; suckers; scrapers; pantograph; snowplow; guide cylinder; a set of stairs and fences; a set of fasteners, rods and braces; control system.
  • The bridge is a welded structure of a spatial section made of sheet steel. The bridge has three support points. The peripheral part of the bridge is supported by a 2-wheel drive. The other end of the bridge rests on a spire. On top of the bridge, there is a passage with a fence to the central support and pantograph.
  • The central support is used for fastening: the rotation chamber, the spire socket, on which the pantograph is installed.
  • The rotation chamber is used to install the sludge intake pipe and sludge removal.
  • The cone is installed on the rotation chamber and serves to reduce the pressure of the supplied wastewater before entering the sump.
  • The spire is installed on the bell and serves as the central axis of rotation of the moving part of the sludge pump. A bridge platform and a pantograph are installed on the spire.
  • The movement drive consists of a welded frame, on which a geared motor and two wheels (driving and driven) are installed to move the bridge along the outer path. The wheels have one-piece superelastic tires (from a forklift truck). The movement drive has the ability to adjust the position of the bridge and the angle of rotation of the wheels relative to the radius of the sump.
  • The suction pipe is installed in the inlet of the rotation chamber. On the suction pipe there are installed: suction pipes, scrapers, fastening parts for rods and spacers connecting the suction pipe to the bridge.
  • The suckers are the working organs of the sludge sucker and are attached with their offshoots to the processes of the pipe of the suckers. The configuration of the suckers in the profile is chosen in such a way as to prevent the accumulation of silt on their surfaces. The suction outlets are located in the direction of rotation of the sludge pump.
  • The scrapers are made up of welded angle steel and sheet steel. The scrapers are connected to the central support by means of rods and rotate with it. They are designed to move sludge from the center of the sludge pump to the suction units, and are attached with their nozzles to the suction pipe.
  • An annular pantograph with an upper cable feed is installed on a spire above the central support. The pantograph is used to supply power with a cable from a stationary source to the gear motor of the drive.
  • A snow blower designed to remove snow from an outdoor path. The snow blower consists of a welded frame, a gear motor and a shaft with a brush attachment. Installed on the drive frame over the outside track. The snowplow is brought into working position with a handwheel.
  • The guide cylinder is made of sheet metal and consists of four sections. The cylinder serves to direct the flow of the supplied wastewater to the bottom of the sump.
  • A set of ladders and fences is designed for the safe maintenance of the sludge scraper equipment. Ladders and railings are installed on the bridge and platform.
  • The control system is designed for power supply and control of the sewage pump equipment. The control system provides for the regulation of the speed of the sludge pump by means of a frequency converter.

The frequency converter provides:

Changes in the frequency of rotation of the shaft of the electric motor, and as a result, the speed of the sludge pump;

Changing the direction of rotation (reverse) of the motor shaft;

Motor protection against inadmissible overloads (the level of protection is set when programming the frequency converter);

Indication of operating and emergency modes of emergency, as well as movement in the opposite direction.

The control cabinet is located on the motion drive and is equipped with:

Start, stop and reverse buttons;

Frequency converter control buttons;

Snowplow control buttons.

The control system also includes all power and control electrical cables from the pantograph to the control cabinet and from the control cabinet to the actuators.

The standard design of the sump corresponds to the standard design of the secondary clarifier. In case of deviations in the execution of the construction part from the standard design, the customer must provide the drawings of the construction part or fill out the sump measurement card. The Ilosos is manufactured in accordance with the supplied measurement card.

Installation, use and storage of the sludge pump

The installation of the sewage pump is carried out at the site of its operation with the performance of welding and the use of lifting equipment. The installation of the sewage pump is carried out by the Customer (or with the involvement of the installation organization) under the guidance of the manufacturer's representative.

The Ilosos is delivered unassembled. Units with dimensions, one of which exceeds 2500 mm in length, 2000 mm in width, 2000 mm in height, are delivered unpacked. Smaller units and accessories are packed in boxes. The scope of delivery is indicated in the instruction manual and in the corresponding packing lists. The sludge pump should be stored on a level area under a canopy that protects the delivery units from atmospheric precipitation and mechanical damage. Electrical equipment and units with rolling bearings must be stored in closed rooms.

Sludge suction machines (sludge pumps) are designed to clean the wells of the drainage network from silt and other contaminants, as well as to transport contaminants to the unloading points. Sludge suction machines are divided into three classes according to the total volume of compartments for sediment and sludge water: machines of small capacity - up to 4.0 m³; medium-sized machines - from 4.0 to 8.0 m³; large-capacity machines - from 8.0 m³ and more. The industry previously produced only one type of sewage suction vehicle - IL-980V based on the ZIL-130 vehicle (Fig. 52). Let's consider the design and operation of the modern KO-507A sewage suction machine (Fig. 2).

Sludge suction vehicle KO-507A includes: base chassis, storage tank, vacuum-injection system, transmission of the drive of the vacuum pump and hydraulic pump, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, electrical equipment, as well as additional equipment.

The storage tank is designed for storage of sludge taken from wells on the machine and consists of the following main units: tank, rear cover, boom and boom support, hydraulic cylinders for lifting the tank and rear cover, control mechanism for the suction pipe valve and rear cover clamps. The tank, as a rule, has two compartments: for sludge and for sludge water.

The vacuum pumping system is designed to create a vacuum or pressure in the tank during working operations. The system consists of a liquid ring-type vacuum pump, pipelines, a four-way valve, taps, a safety valve and a water separator tank. The diagram of the vacuum pumping system is shown in Fig. 54.

Rice. 54. Vacuum-injection system of the machine KO-507A:

1 - vacuum pump; 2 - four-way valve; 3 - pipeline; 4 - manovacuum meter; 5 - float valve; 6- moisture separator; 7- water tank; 8- safety valve; 9- valve

The transmission drives the vacuum pump and oil pump and consists of a power take-off mounted on the chassis gearbox. The hydraulic equipment is designed to raise the tank, raise and lower the boom, open and close the rear cover of the tank.

The pneumatic equipment of the machine is designed to control the suction pipe valve, the boom swing lock, the four-way valve and the seal chamber of the rear tank cover. Electrical equipment provides remote control of switching on the vacuum pump, hydraulic cylinders and pneumatic cylinders of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.

The sewage suction machine works as follows. At the entrance to the well of the drainage network, its grate is opened. The suction pipe is removed from the bracket and lowered into the well. After turning on the vacuum pump, a vacuum is formed in the tank, under which the sludge from the well flows through the suction pipe into the sludge compartment of the tank. When filling the sludge compartment, the water contained in the extracted impurities is clarified and gradually flows through the gaps between the upper part of the piston and the shell of the tank into the compartment for sludge water. The water level in the sludge compartment is monitored. Excess water is removed through drain pipe... After filling the sludge compartment and draining the sludge water, the machine goes to the unloading point. Here, with the help of the hydraulic system, the rear cover is opened, then the tank is lifted with the help of hydraulic cylinders.

To increase the depth of the cleaned wells, the process of collecting sludge from the wells is carried out in the following way. During operation, the intake pipe is periodically pushed out of the pulp in order to get air into it. The resulting air-water mixture can be sucked in under the action of the vacuum in the tank from a depth 30% greater than the critical depth specified in technical characteristics machines.

The main developer and manufacturer of sewage suction machines is OJSC "Arzamas municipal engineering plant" (OJSC "AZKM"). The unloading of the tank from sludge from all machines is carried out by lifting the tank with the help of hydraulic cylinders when the rear cover is opened at an angle of up to 60 °. The operation of machines of the considered type can be carried out only at positive ambient temperatures. Sludge suction machines KO-510 and KO-507A, in addition to the difference in the capacity of the working tank, have various types of vacuum pumps. The oil-lubricated vane pump of the KO-510 machine has a reduced performance, but allows the machine to operate at temperatures below -20 ° C compared to the liquid ring pump of the KO-507A machine, which operates up to 0 ° C.
