Children's sports devices for the home corner. A trampoline from improvised means A trampoline with your own hands from a box-spring bed

All caring parents strive to teach their children to sports so that they grow up strong and healthy. But how to interest little fidgets? This problem can be solved with the help of a children's trampoline, on which the baby and his friends can have fun and develop physically.

Why is a trampoline useful?

Jumping on this apparatus contributes to:

  • stabilization of the cardiovascular system;
  • improving the emotional state, coordination and control of your body;
  • development of the vestibular apparatus;
  • increasing endurance;
  • simultaneous training of many muscle groups.

Types of trampolines

Since the scope of application of the shells under consideration is quite wide, they can be conditionally combined into three types:

  1. Sports - used by athletes in preparation for a competition. To install these trampolines, special gyms with a high ceiling are needed, because it can throw an athlete up to ten meters in height. Alternative option- outdoor installation.
  2. Amateur - it is good to do aerobics or practice high jumps on it. They are usually smaller than sports ones and are made of other materials, but there is a variety of sizes and colors. For the safety of children, they are often provided with a special protective net.
  3. Inflatable. Their vocation is to entertain the kids. It is attracted by the bright shape, colors and ergonomics, as well as the scale: whole game complexes or attractions are made. The advantage of inflatable trampolines is their compact folded size, which makes it easy to find a place in a regular closet.

Manufacturers

Specialty shops are full of a variety of choices for home trampolines. In order not to get confused, you need to answer a few questions for yourself: "where will it be used (in the house or on the street)", "children of what age", and also set the maximum purchase budget.

So, trademark Hasttings is engaged in the production sports trampolines high quality, without too much design. Outwardly, these are strict and simple shells that will seem uninteresting to kids, but will be appreciated by schoolchildren. Depending on the size and configuration, the price for them varies from 2 to 35 thousand rubles.

The Dutch brand Berg offers a wide range of trampolines: classic and inflatable, different forms and colors with a high degree of safety and quality. But the price range is an order of magnitude higher: 12-46 thousand rubles.

The HappyHop trademark specializes in the production of inflatable children's trampolines. They are made in the form of whole inflatable towns and are perfect for installation in a country house or a playground. Their cost ranges from 2 to 50 thousand rubles.

Intex company, which is widely known as a manufacturer of a large range of inflatable products, offers budget models (1-5 thousand rubles) of children's trampolines. These products are characterized by durability and safety for the smallest jumpers, as all products undergo rigorous testing and comprehensive research.

Trampoline at home

Unfortunately, not all parents have the opportunity to purchase such a popular shell for their child. But don't despair because home trampoline it is quite possible to do it yourself. It may not be as chic as advertised, but one of a kind.

Before starting work, you should decide what type of projectile you will be making. The most popular among children are spring and inflatable trampolines. The first type is nothing more than a metal support with an attached (with the help of built-in springs) trampoline mat, which ideally is surrounded by a protective net that prevents the child from falling out when jumping. The second type is inflatable: undoubtedly, very bright and popular, but it is better to entrust its production to professionals, since a home inflatable trampoline is a "task with three stars."

Step-by-step instruction

  1. You should start by purchasing or making blanks. Now we will expand all the elements of the frame of the future trampoline.
  2. Next, you need to connect the ends of the lower section of the product.
  3. In the next step, we will fix the ends of the frame.
  4. Then we put it on the ground so that the foot holes are at the top, into which we insert W-shaped legs trampoline by gentle pressure on them.
  5. Now the frame needs to be turned over and placed.
  6. Further, to make a home trampoline, you need to fix the mat inside, for which we need hooks. It is necessary to carry out an even fastening according to the principle of the dial: on the holes, which are conventionally located at the numbers 3, 6, 9 and 12. This will ensure an even distribution of the trampoline mat.
  7. Next, fix the remaining springs diagonally.
  8. The final step is to fix the trampoline pillow: put it on top, then use the rope to fasten it, throw it over the spring, return it to its original place and tie it.
  9. In order for the trampoline to be stable and not slip, the legs at the bottom need to be sealed with rubber. The upper parts of the racks should be sealed with foam rubber to make them softer and more durable.

Here is a simple instruction that explains how to make a home trampoline.

From what is at hand

It is unlikely that the home of the average family has ready-made parts for constructing a trampoline. This is not scary, because they can be made from improvised means. An iron hoop can serve as a frame, in which you need to drill holes with a drill. Next, you need to take wooden bar, which can be cut into 8 equal parts (0.3 m each) and make holes in them slightly larger (by 2 mm) than the frame diameter. Disconnect the hoops and thread them into the resulting openings.

If you sew strong loops to the edges of the tarpaulin and thread them with strong rubber, you get a trampoline mat, which you just have to wrap around the hoop. You can make a cover from the same material and put it on the structure in order to avoid getting the child's feet into the holes. So, from the materials at hand, a home trampoline for children is quite obtained.

Another option

If the above materials are not at home, do not be discouraged. There are many more, at first glance, unnecessary things that will help in this matter. So, if you take a net from an old Soviet bed and springs, connect them to a solid metal or wooden base, you get a home trampoline with a net. In this option, you need to pay attention to safety: remove sharp parts and use a soft material to wrap a hard base. An alternative when building a home trampoline is when the spring net does not need to be placed on an elevation, and the frame is placed on the ground with a pre-dug recess. The pit must be of sufficient depth so that the largest jumper by weight does not touch the bottom while jumping. The edges of the metal frame must be buried in the ground or covered with soft mats.

Tire trampoline

Surprisingly, even with an old car tire, you can make a home trampoline. Ideal in this case would be a tire from a large tractor wheel due to its large diameter... At a short distance (about 3 cm) from the edge of the upper edge of the protector, make holes through which a rubber cord or rope will pass. We fix inside the jumping board, made as described above in step by step instructions... The rigidity of the structure can be adjusted in the presence of a metal hoop or wooden board required diameter.

Buy or do?

The DIY trampoline has two undeniable advantages before the factory "brothers":

  1. Price. In the presence of improvised means, of which thrifty owners have an abundance, it is practically reduced to zero. But even with the purchase of finished parts for the trampoline, their cost will be much lower than a new factory product.
  2. Uniqueness. Your child can be sure that there is no second such trampoline, which you can brag about in front of your friends.

Of course, factory-made products benefit a lot in the variety of sizes, models and colors. And the larger the purchase budget, the wider the choice. And ready-made inflatable trampolines have no competition at all, because it is almost impossible to make them yourself. For small children, inflatable trampolines are often chosen. Customer reviews about this shell are mostly positive: it performs its entertainment and sports functions perfectly, not inferior to analogues in strength and safety.

Try to find a kid who doesn't feel like jumping! Will not work!

Children find any springy piece of furniture and start jumping.

Parents are not delighted with such exercises for babies.

The benefits of dynamic loading

Jumping is an important developmental element. The benefits of physical activity, including jumping, have long been proven.

Babies develop motor skills, the vestibular apparatus, and the musculoskeletal system. Jumping plays an equally important role in the development of the lungs, the circulatory system .

For older children, there are many opportunities that allow them to realize physical activity. They can go to sports clubs, visit the pool, learn to dance.

But for preschoolers, such activities are practically inaccessible. But they must realize their energy! What to do?

Note: in no case should the child's physical activity be limited. Moreover, there is a way out - a trampoline.

You can, of course, buy ready-made children's trampolines. Fortunately, today such shells are presented on the market in a large assortment. There are jumps for one person or a group of children.

Pleasing to the eye color palette, product sizes. There are mesh trampolines and inflatable ones. Inflatable jumping simulators are most often multifunctional. In case of descent, they are pumped up with pumps.

Make at home

Repairing factory trampolines, especially large ones, consisting of several interconnected mats, will cause a lot of trouble.

Is there any alternative to a factory product? It turns out there is. A jumping simulator can be made with your own hands from scrap materials.

For the manufacture of homemade trampoline you will have to stock up on:

  • metal hoop (not less than 1 m 15 cm);
  • a wooden bar, drills, drill;
  • tarpaulin or thick and durable fabric;
  • slings or springs from a bed, cot;
  • strong elastic band, pieces of rubber;
  • pencil, scissors.

Frame fabrication

Some kind of technology for self-made no trampolines. Each person collects jumping sports equipment at his own discretion. The shape will depend on the chosen base. Let's dwell on one of the options.

Stages of work:

  1. A wooden block is cut with a hacksaw into eight equal parts up to 30 cm high. These are the future legs;

It's important to know: the cutting block must be well dried and free from cracks. Otherwise, there will be problems with the stability of the structure. Do not forget about the safety of future jumpers.

  1. Around the entire circumference of the metal hoops, holes with a diameter of no more than 2 mm are drilled for props and fastening the elastic band;
  2. Fasten the hoop and all 8 legs must be rigidly for the reliability of the structure.

Making a fabric cover for a trampoline:

1. Cut out the tarpaulin or fabric in the shape of a circle. It should be slightly smaller than the diameter of the hoop. The workpiece is neatly hemmed;

  1. 16 loops are made from the slings and sewn, taking into account the same steps. Sometimes a sturdy wire is inserted into the hemmed edge. In this case, the hinges are more secure;
  2. Through the holes on the inner hoop, pull a wide elastic band through the center well to get a protective mesh;

4. Loops connect two hoops and a tarp. Springs from old clamshells are often used as fasteners (instead of loops).

Assembly

The resulting round-shaped cover must be pulled over the inner hoop. We connect the outer and inner hoops with hinges or springs. The tarpaulin wheel must be well tensioned, otherwise it will not spring.

In those places where props were attached to the larger hoop, a strong string is inserted into the hole and tied to the legs.

Little kids love bright products, so parents can connect their imagination and decorate a ready-made trampoline. Children can be involved in such work.

Take note: pieces of rubber are glued under each leg. This must be done without fail (for safety reasons) so that the trampoline does not slip during operation.

Before attaching the legs, a foam pad is made between them and the hoop. It can be secured with tape or synthetic glue.

Another option

As you can see, making a trampoline yourself is not so difficult. The main thing is to please your child. Homemade product in no way inferior to the factory. For very young children, you can pull a net around the trampoline or put mats under the structure.

Some craftsmen use ordinary car tires to make a structure for jumping. Using an electric drill, holes are drilled at a distance of two centimeters closer to the protectors.

A thick nylon cord or a strong elastic band is laced up inner part tires. It turns out a tight mesh that will support the tarpaulin and protect the life of the child.

In this case, the legs can be omitted, since the height of the tire is sufficient. Everything else is made and assembled in the same way as in the version with hoops. If you have any doubts, you can see detailed photos and video instructions.

How to do somersaults on a trampoline, see the following video:

Whichever playground you go to - wherever there is a trampoline, there are children. Joyful shouts and exclamations of surprise from jumping children are heard. But what to do if you want to give such an attraction to your little child?

As always, there are two ways out: buy it in the store or do it yourself. If your imagination is a little tough, but you want to do it beautifully, you can always choose a trampoline at http://www.fungroup.com.ua/ru/inflatables/. There are many different options with dragons and castles, cars and tropical islands for future princes and princesses.

And so how to make a trampoline?

We need:
Wooden block approximately 2.5 m long
Metal hoop
Tarpaulin
Paralon
Rubber
Slings

First, we cut wooden block in 8 pieces, 30 cm long each. Then we measure the diameter of the hoop and drill out the voids, with a diameter 2 mm larger than the hoop. The voids are located on both sides of the bars rather closer to the edge. Divide the hoop and string bars on it.
When finished with the hoop and wooden bars, proceed to the tarpaulin. Cut out an oval about a meter in diameter from the tarpaulin. In order that the edges do not rub off so much, it is better to hem them.

We make 16 loops from slings, 3-4cm thick. We place the loops evenly in a circle, it is desirable that two loops fall on each bar. Strong rubber is threaded through the loops, which is additionally wrapped around the hoop. Recheck if the rubber is tight.

The gaps between the loops are quite large, so a child's foot can easily get into them. In order to prevent this from happening, a cover is made of tarpaulin. A rope or elastic band is attached at eight points on the tarpaulin and fixed on the legs of the trampoline.

In order for the child not to hurt himself on the leg, pieces of paralon are attached to its upper part, and pieces of rubber are attached to the lower part, so that the trampoline does not "ride" on the surface.

Work on a fun children's attraction is ready. Such a trampoline will last quite a long time if you handle it carefully. If desired, small weights can be attached to the trampoline, in the form of sandbags and others.

For motorists, there is a simpler alternative to a homemade trampoline - made from old, large-diameter tires.

The tire is stitched in the thickest place - near the tread, with thick rubber with a round section or nylon twine. As a result, the plexus should look like a tennis racket. It is not difficult to make such a trampoline, and there is a use for old stuff.

Any physical activity is useful for babies, develops motor skills, trains reaction, benefits the central nervous system and the musculoskeletal system. But care must be taken that the child is able to move and do the exercises.

Trainer for the little ones

Movement is essential for children of all ages. However, if for schoolchildren there are many options for sports complexes and simulators, they can be recorded in the pool or for dances, then for kids preschool age there are not many opportunities to practice. It should be borne in mind that the exercises must be presented in a playful way so that the child does not lose interest and enjoy a useful activity. One of the most convenient and affordable ways to provide your kid with the opportunity to actively move is indoor trampolines and trampolines for the street or summer cottages. Classes with such mini-simulators are a real joy for children, so they are happy to frolic and jump, developing their abilities and training the muscular apparatus. Today the market offers many options for children's trampolines, you can find a model that suits your taste and capabilities. Despite this, some parents prefer to make trampolines with their own hands.

The procedure for making a trampoline

There is no single technology by which a children's trampoline can be made; every family finds its own ways for this. Consider one of these ways that you can easily create a small trampoline for your little one. To do this, you need to buy two identical hoops with a diameter of about 115 cm, 6-8 wooden blocks about 20-30 cm long, strong fabric (for example, tarpaulin), as well as fabric for a cover, a thick elastic band (elastic rope that can replace springs). Wooden blocks that act as legs should not be cracked, should not crack when sawing. This is the key to the reliability of the entire structure. To secure the hoops, you must either make two wide holes in each bar closer to the upper and lower ends, or make neat cuts to ensure that the hoop is securely fixed in them and will not fly out. The number of "legs" can be different, but the optimal amount is 6-8 pieces. After the holes are ready, it is necessary to thread the hoops through them so that the legs are at the same distance around the circumference from each other. You will get a structure that is the frame of the future trampoline. Next, you need to take a dense, durable fabric, cut out a circle from it, slightly smaller in diameter than that of the hoop, bend the edges and sew. Loops are sewn to it in an amount of about 16 pieces at an equal distance from each other. Instead of this design, thick wire can be sewn into the fabric. In the first case, the elastic is threaded into the loops, in the second into the wire through small holes in the fabric. The elastic is wrapped around the upper hoop, and it is better to additionally secure the formed loops, for example, using pieces of rubber and tape. Now you have a trampoline ready, but it has holes between the fabric and the hoop, which can be dangerous for the child. Therefore, it is best to sew a cover that is worn on top and pulled together with a rope under the upper hoop. It should be borne in mind that it is difficult to make a fully functional and safe structure on your own. Manufacturers calculate indicators of the strength of materials, the reliability of the entire mechanism, therefore they can give a guarantee for their products. In the case of making a trampoline with your own hands, you have to rely only on common sense and experience, bearing full responsibility for the safety of the child.

What can be a trampoline? What designs and sizes does the modern market offer? How much safer is a trampoline for a summer cottage with a net than a product without a fence? Is it difficult to assemble a new trampoline from a factory-made kit? Can you fix an inflatable jumping platform with your own hands? Let's try to find answers together.

Why is it needed

Why buy this product? For children, of course. Those who have swum know that the child's research enthusiasm, which is not directed in a certain direction and is left to its own devices, leads, at best, to bruises and bruises. Dynamic trampoline games allow you to throw out excess energy with minimal damage to the child and objects around him.

However, the benefits of a jumping area are not limited to simply neutralizing children. Physical inactivity - a disease of society associated with a modern lifestyle and an abundance of digital entertainment - affects not only adults. Today's children are quite difficult to tear away from cartoons on a tablet or a new game on a computer.

Trampolines for children to the dacha help to solve the problem of low physical activity, and, as in the well-known anecdote, “voluntarily and with a song” - not a single sane child will ever refuse the opportunity to jump to an unusually high height for several minutes.

By the way: contrary to popular belief, the trampoline was not originally created as a children's entertainment.
First sample modern design was built in 1936 by George Nielsen, champion in acrobatic jumping, and was used for training.

What exactly is a trampoline useful for?

  • It allows you to organize an extremely effective cardio workout without any coercion.... It is estimated that the body's oxygen consumption during jumping is almost double that of a treadmill.
  • Each jump is short periods of overload and weightlessness.... Overload stimulates the growth of bone strength; at the same time, unlike jumping on a hard surface, here we avoid dangerous overloads of joints and intervertebral discs.
  • Finally, jumping strengthens several major muscle groups.... Only hands are out of work; the jump uses the legs, quads, buttocks, long back muscles, abs - in short, everything that contributes to the creation of a strong muscle corset, and in the future will contribute to a healthy posture.

We repeat once again: the main advantage of the trampoline is that effective training is provided without any violence and coercion.
The child himself is eager to play; Not only that, if parents are smart enough, jumping can be a reward for homework or homework.

Classification

What is the basic design - the one invented in 1936?

It consists of:

  1. Rigid metal frame - welded or prefabricated.
  2. Cloths or wicker nets are actually jumping platforms.
  3. Radial springs that provide tension on the platform.

To date, several subspecies have been formed, so to speak.

Professional

They are used in the training of adult athletes and during competition. Key features- extremely strong frame, braided platform made of 5 mm or even thicker cord and high rigidity, allowing you to jump up to four meters.

It is curious: as a rule, such products are permanently mounted and supplied, for safety reasons, with a safety pit equipped around them with a foam rubber coating.

Gaming

Mini

A mini-trampoline is a platform with a diameter of 80-110 cm and a height of about 20 cm. A fence with such dimensions is unnecessary; however, products are often equipped with a handle that you can hold onto while jumping.

Inflatable

An inflatable trampoline is fundamentally different from the above structures in that elasticity is provided not by springs, but by excess air pressure. It is held in place by a plasticized polyvinyl chloride sheath; constant operation of the air compressor is required to build up pressure.

Useful: if your summer cottage is not electrified, this does not mean that this type of play device is not for you.
Buying or renting a diesel generator for a summer residence can completely solve the problem.

Inflatable products differ from others in that they are aimed only at children. The air pressure that would have to be created in the shell to support the weight of an adult, corrected for inertia upon landing, would make such a structure simply dangerous.

Safety

From the point of view of safety, the instructions for choosing are quite unambiguous: a trampoline with a high (from 160 cm) net will not allow the child to fly out of the spring-loaded platform in any situation.

Why are alternative designs so bad?

  • An inflatable product that has burst at the seam during the next jump will deflate in one or two seconds and will provide a hard landing on the ground below it.

In addition: it is better to store plasticized PVC products in a warm winter.
Insulated country houses from block containers or vulture panels with winter heating - rather an exception than a rule in domestic summer cottages; the winter season in an unheated building is fraught with a decrease in the strength of the shell.

  • The handle is only good as long as you hold on to it. It is difficult for a child of two or three years old to convincingly explain the concept of safety, and falling flat from a height of one and a half or two of its own height is already quite traumatic for itself. (See also the article.)

Price

What, so to speak, is the price of the issue? To guide the reader, here are the retail prices for several trampolines, along with a brief description.

Assembly

How to assemble the spring trampoline supplied as a package of parts? Are there any tricks here? There are not many of them.

The assembly order is as follows:

  1. We fasten the frame parts and fix them by inserting the legs.

  1. Turn the frame over and lay the canvas in the middle.
  2. We fasten it with springs, pulling them in pairs opposite each other... It is with this tension pattern that you need a minimum of effort.
  3. Cover the springs with a pillow.

  1. We mount the mesh, roof, handle and other architectural excesses.

Repair

Repair of an inflatable trampoline is carried out using a repair kit for inflatable boats, which is easy to buy in a sports or hunting store.

Glue - from the repair kit or one of the list below:

  • Vitur;
  • Desmokol;
  • "Uranus".

The procedure is as follows:

  1. A patch is cut out, covering the puncture or gap in all directions by at least 2-3 cm.
  2. The surfaces to be glued are degreased with acetone.
  3. The glue is applied to the patch, after which it is pressed against the defect, smoothed and ... removed.
  4. After 15 minutes, the adhesive is reapplied with an even distribution on both surfaces. After 5-7 minutes, when it becomes viscous, the patch is pressed against the defect and rolled with a roller. Complete drying takes about a day.

Conclusion

We hope that we were able to answer all the questions that interested the potential buyer of the trampoline. As always, the video in this article will provide the reader with additional information. Good luck!

The dacha is considered an excellent area for family recreation, where adults can relax from working days, and children can throw out their energy as much as possible. clean air... To protect the games of little fidgets, other parents place trampolines in suburban areas. These simulators can be either purchased ready-made or made by hand from improvised means.

Peculiarities

The children's trampoline is a jumping device. Classes on it provide positive impact for the whole organism. Babies not only get a lot of pleasure and pleasant emotions, but also develop the vestibular apparatus, motor skills and the musculoskeletal system. Despite the fact that in recent times on sale you can find many models of trampolines, it is quite possible to build them yourself. You can assemble a trampoline with your own hands from various materials, but in order for the jumps to become safe, a protective mesh must be present in their design.

When making a trampoline at home, it is important to pay attention to the strength of the frame and the installation of the springs. The main feature of homemade trampolines is that in them one of the sides is attached to the frame with springs, which require a special placement scheme. First, you need to perform the primary hook, attaching springs to every third hinge. It is necessary to observe a step in two loops so that the elements do not deform, but evenly stretch.

For a homemade trainer, it is best to choose long springs. In addition, it is important to pay attention to the choice of material for the frame - it must be durable. Before making a children's trampoline, you should also decide on its dimensions, having drawn up a drawing in advance.

Material

A summer cottage trampoline can be made from ready-made parts that are sold in a wide range. If it is not possible to purchase them, then suitable tools at hand can be used for assembly. For example, the frame is made of a metal hoop, in which it is done with a drill required amount holes. You will also need a wooden block - it will have to be cut into 8 identical pieces, no more than 30 cm long. Holes are made in wooden parts, the diameter of which should be several millimeters larger than those in the hoop.

To create a mat, you need to choose a durable material. A tarp works well. A cover is sewn from it, the size corresponding to the circle of the trampoline.

And also a children's trampoline can be made from a camera. There are many options for creating a home simulator, the only thing is that the material from which it is planned to be assembled must be reliable and of high quality in operation.

How to make

Making a trampoline for your little one is not difficult if you show diligence and a little imagination. Of course, at home it is impossible to create a gorgeous shell, but a modest homemade simulator will serve as an excellent place for a little fidget to play. Before starting the work process, it is important to decide whether the trampoline will be spring or inflatable with a net.

The first type is made from a metal support and a mat attached to the frame with springs. It is equipped with a protective mesh for safety. The second one is difficult to assemble at home, so it is better to refuse the idea of making it.

In the event that its assembly of a children's trampoline is performed for the first time, the following instruction will help the beginner craftsmen.

  1. First, you need to prepare the material for the manufacture of the simulator. It is best to purchase ready-made parts. If you plan to make a trampoline from scrap materials, then you will need a metal circle, bars, dense fabric, springs and a net.
  2. The first step is to connect the legs of the structure. For this, a frame is preliminarily prepared from a circle. Its ends are carefully secured. Then the frame is turned over and placed on a flat surface so that the holes for the legs are at the top. You need to insert W-shaped inserts into them, performing smooth pressure.
  3. Then the frame is turned over and placed on its legs. The next step is to make a mat, the cover of which should be sewn from a tarp in advance. A cover is put on a circle cut from a dense material, and then fixed inside the trampoline using special hooks. This should be done carefully and slowly. In order for the mat to be evenly distributed, it should be visually represented in the form of a clock and fastened first in those places that correspond to 12, 3, 6 and 9 o'clock on the dial. Then the springs are fixed diagonally.
  4. The work is completed by fixing the pillow. It is placed on top of the trampoline, then the ropes are taken and passed through the springs, securely fixing the playing place. In addition, it is recommended to additionally glue the upper part of the legs with soft foam rubber, and the lower one with rubber. Thanks to this, the trampoline will be durable and will not slip.
Probably every child is not averse to getting their own trampoline from their parents, where they could jump and have fun with friends. In addition, this exercise machine for children helps to develop and strengthen the muscles and the pulmonary system.

To begin with, you need to saw a wooden block into pieces of 30 cm.There should be eight of them in total. Measure the diameter of the hoop you need. Then drill holes in the blocks 2 mm wider than the hoop. Holes are drilled close to the edges and on both sides of the bar. Disconnect the hoops and string the bars. Next, you need to cut out a circle of canvas fabric, 1 meter in diameter. Sew the edges of the circle. The loops are made from a slings 3 cm thick. A total of 16 loops are required. Loops are evenly sewn to the canvas circle in a circle. Round thick rubber is threaded through the loops. Make sure the rubber is tight.

For children's safety and to prevent the child's feet from getting into the gap between the loops, it is also necessary to make a special cover for the canvas circle. At eight points, either ropes or elastic bands are sewn to it and distributed over the entire circle. The cover is fixed on the legs with the help of sewn elastic bands or ropes.

With glue, pieces of foam rubber are attached to the upper parts of the legs. Pieces of rubber are attached to the lower ones to prevent the trampoline from sliding. That's all - the children's trampoline is ready.

Quite often at dachas I use a car tire as the basis for a trampoline. large diameters... You can decorate the simulator for children according to your taste and imagination. Your child will certainly be delighted with such a surprise.

  • When a child appears in the family, it becomes necessary to protect him from sharp corners or dangerous objects, which he, not knowing, can take in his mouth or cut himself.

  • a wooden bar, drills, drill;
  • tarpaulin or thick and durable fabric;
  • slings or springs from a bed, cot;
  • strong elastic band, pieces of rubber;
  • pencil, scissors.

Frame fabrication

There is no technology for making trampolines on your own. Each person collects jumping sports equipment at his own discretion. The shape will depend on the chosen base. Let's dwell on one of the options.

Stages of work:

  1. A wooden block is cut with a hacksaw into eight equal parts up to 30 cm high. These are the future legs;

It's important to know: the cutting block must be well dried and free from cracks. Otherwise, there will be problems with the stability of the structure. Do not forget about the safety of future jumpers.

  1. Around the entire circumference of the metal hoops, holes with a diameter of no more than 2 mm are drilled for props and fastening the elastic band;
  2. Fasten the hoop and all 8 legs must be rigidly for the reliability of the structure.

Making a fabric cover for a trampoline:

1. Cut out the tarpaulin or fabric in the shape of a circle. It should be slightly smaller than the diameter of the hoop. The workpiece is neatly hemmed;

  1. 16 loops are made from the slings and sewn, taking into account the same steps. Sometimes a sturdy wire is inserted into the hemmed edge. In this case, the hinges are more secure;
  2. Through the holes on the inner hoop, pull a wide elastic band through the center well to get a protective mesh;

Homemade product is in no way inferior to the factory one. For very young children, you can pull a net around the trampoline or put mats under the structure.

Some craftsmen use ordinary car tires to make a structure for jumping. Using an electric drill, holes are drilled at a distance of two centimeters closer to the protectors.

The inner part of the tire is laced with a thick nylon cord or strong elastic band.

However, this does not mean that the number of “Kulibins” has decreased. With due attention to detail and understanding of how it works, you can make a sports equipment that is more or less suitable for entertainment, for example, a trampoline. But we warn you that an untested and uncertified design can be truly hazardous to health! Therefore, you should not undertake experiments if you do not have at least a rough idea of how to reduce the risk of injury. If there is still a desire to experiment, we offer you several design variations.

Perhaps everyone knows such a primitive way to have fun as trampoline jumping in the form of an old bed with a net. This design is quite reliable, but has many sharp corners and solid bridges. To safely jump on it, you need to remove all corners, cover the frame with a dense but soft material and sew a cover that would cover all dangerous places.

Another option is to dig the frame with the net into the ground so that the heaviest jumper does not reach the bottom of the hole. The edges are best covered with mats.

More technological, labor-intensive and interesting option Is a trampoline made of metal hoops. You will need two hoops, which must be placed on top of each other, connecting them with metal or wooden legs. Next, a special dense fabric is purchased, for example, tarpaulin. The edges are processed, to protect against tearing and loops are sewn around the perimeter cut to the size of the hoops. You can fasten the resulting canvas to the hoops using a thick rubber band. You also need a cover around the perimeter of the structure and a lining in the form of dense foam rubber.

If there are no hoops, then a large car tire... Usually such designs are only suitable for the smallest jumpers.

Of course the best and safest option extreme having fun jumping is buying a certified product. The cost of some models is quite affordable, on average a trampoline will cost 3-35 thousand rubles.

If you just want to forget everyday problems from time to time and plunge into the world of extreme, then we are in specialized halls. We wait!
